Training for all womens teams will be on Monday and Wednesday nights in 2012 and  will begin proper on Monday 2nd January 7:00pm at Elder Oval. Annerley is planning to field Diamond league, division 1, 4 and 6, subject to player numbers.

The appointment of Phil Canham as our Premier Womens coach for 2012 is a wonderfull opportunity to build on the work of Alex Mason who took over the team in 2011. Phils invovlement at Central Brisbane in the JPL and his overall committment to womens football puts Annerley FC in an exciting position to go forward in the new Diamond League.

Whilst details of training schedules are being finalsied it is proposed that the following preseason trials will be held in December for players keen to meet Phil and get back on the park:

Sessions will be held at Elder Oval (main field) and commence at 7.00pm sharp.

It is proposed that Annerley will field womens teams in the Diamond League and Division One as well as lower divisional levels depending on numbers.   We also note that our Junior club will be entering an U17 Youth team in 2012 based on their successfull U16 team from 2011.
